Subscriptions are based on the number of computers and compressed storage space required. You will be asked to configure this information upon registration.

Don't know your storage requirements? No Problem! Upon registration, select the PAYGO
) Plan. Each month we'll monitor your storage and charge you for what you use. We even average your usage over the month to smooth out any storage volume spikes. See Subscription Plan

Estimate Your Storage Requirements
- Open you’re MyDocuments folder and navagate to the folders you want to backup.
- Right-click on each folder and select Properties to view Size on Disk
- Calculate the total size of all desired files/folders
- While compression rates vary and incremental backups will increase your storage, this should be a good estimate of your storage requirements.
Your subscription is automatically renewed unless canceled.
Do you have the wrong plan? No worries! You can modify your Subscription Plan and Term at any time. We'll simply pro-rate the unused balance and apply it to your new Subscription.
Need More Storage?
Subscribers who exceed their storage plan for 3 consecutive months will be notified and automatically upgraded to the next appropriate storage plan. You can easily modify your plan election manually by logging-in to your account and changing your preferences. All charges/credits are prorated to the end of your term.
To cancel service, login
to your account, select Cancel Service from the Account menu and follow the instructions. Upon cancellation, use “Add or Remove Programs” to uninstall the FirstBackup client software.
